Twelve month project at a large Global Bank consolidating multiple Microsoft agreements across territories and several independent operating companies.
Responsible for detailed engagement and liaison with senior stakeholders, vendor management and legal to ensure favourable commercial terms which mitigate business risk. Orchestrated a Global Software RFP from inception, business case, process and governance through to delivery and on-boarding the successful participant.
Advised and negotiated with Microsoft through a thorough understanding of complex licensing agreements provided by Microsoft, across UAF, EA, Select, SPLA, Premier Support, Open and SAS. Advised on using Global Agreements, making use of out of territory exchange rates and price lists to best suit the clients IT strategy and reduce costs.
